Catch Up

I have all these grand ideas of blog post I’d love to write.

Unfortunately these ideas seem less grand by the time I finally sit down.

Sometimes there are moments to remember, that need no words.

Windy Tidepools

June gloom took the afternoon off so we headed down to the beach. Unfortunately, instead of clouds, we got crazy wind. We didn’t let that ruin our time or our last hours of grandma kitty’s visit.

The girls were ecstatic to find a pool “just their size!” Luckily the water in the little pool was about 10 degree warmer than the ocean. Emmie jumped around, while Ainsley provided the soundtrack, singing about her little pool and special rock.

We then built the city of Jericho. Which also happened to include Rapunzel’s tower.

“That does look like Rapunzel’s tower Em!”

“I know, IT IS Rapunzel’s tower Mom!”
